It's been 2 weeks since my last run. I guess I fell off the running wagon. I was in a bit of a funk due to Valentine's Day. Also, I was busy on the weekend moving my furniture...So, I just developed a bad attitude and said no, I don't want to run...I don't want to train for a marathon either. I'm trying to get out of this funk - and I did run today (6km) and it felt great. Hopefully, I'm back in action. I'm not sure that Ottawa is in my reach now, though. Actually, I'm not sure it would be a good idea to go back there - I think that might be one reason why training is easy to resist. A fall marathon is starting to sound like a better idea.
